Barcelona beat off competition from Manchester United to land £35m starlet Arthur
Barcelona have fought off late enthusiasm from Manchester United to secure the marking of Brazilian midfielder Arthur.
The arrangement has been concurred for £35.2million and the 21-year-old will remain with Gremio until the point that he joins Barca in December and registers in January 2019.
Gremio had been incensed by the way Barcelona sought after their player a year ago and had inquired as to whether Premier League sides needed to make a counter offer.
